Star Wars: The Last Jedi writer/director Rian Johnson is expected to work on a new Star Warstrilogy but we still don’t know what he’s planning to do with it. All we know is that the new trilogy will be “separate from the episodic Skywalker saga” and new characters will be introduced in it. Johnson most likely has an idea for the new trilogy already, because according to the Scottish news website, Dailyrecord, Johnson will start filming in June of this year in Argyll, Scotland and other surrounding areas off a major road called Rest And Be Thankful. 

“As is now customary with any Star Wars production, the movie is shrouded in secrecy but they want to shoot scenes around the Rest and Be Thankful. Further filming has been pencilled in for elsewhere in the country.”
