A Star Wars fan from Australia started a coffee shop called The Empire Coffee Co. Empire by name, Empire by nature!  They have Star Wars toys and collectibles on display.  On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they get dressed up in their stormtrooper armour. The response was fantastic!  The coffee shop was started in a very small place, which they have quickly outgrown!  And now they are in the process of moving to a bigger location to provide their customers with somewhere to sit and enjoy the coffee and conversation they have to offer, rather than just grab and go.
