While promoting ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi,’ legend Mark Hamill stopped by Ellen’s show this Tuesday. The actor took time to remember the late Carrie Fisher, his co-star and dear friend.  Tune to 9:15 for Hamill’s interview.

“She’s like an irreplaceable member of the family, but the whole world feels that way. We are all sort of mourning her,” he said. 

“I always think of her in the present tense. I don’t think of her in the past. Any time you were with her it was just fun.”

Hamill then said having Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd, in the film keeps her legacy living on.
