The Funko booth this year was massive, it may have been one of the largest booths we saw and it was PACKED all 3 days we attended with buyers clamoring to order.  They seem to have a hand in almost every property and the new acquired Harry Potter line among others, they were THE hottest booth we saw!

For Star Wars collectors, they had a lot we have already seen, but the big reveal was the Super Showgun Boba Fett and Shadow Trooper. There were also tons of the Hikari limited edition pieces with several colors and decos, check the gallery for what was on display, but it looked like they were open to really get creative with these.  I think we can safely say they will have plenty from The Force Unleashed this fall but could not show!

NYCC 2014: Questions You Have?

On Wednesday night, 10/8/14, we will kick off our 2014 coverage of New York Comic Con with images and news from Hasbro’s ‘Twas The Night Before… Party and then kick off the official NYCC coverage Thursday at noon! We will also be spending some time behind the booth all weekend with longtime sponsor Razor’s Edge Collectibles who will be at Booth #2938 during the con. We may have a few YN 10 years prints and patches with us as well to give away if you spot any YN staffers at the booth!

We will be meeting with Hasbro, Dark Horse, Koto, Hallmark, Diamond Select Toys, Topps and many others on our trip and want to make sure we ask them what YOU want to know! Submit any questions you would like us to ask before 10/6 and we will do our best to get you an answer. Greedo and Chewbacca New Funko Fabrikations

Funko Fabrikations adds two new characters to their line of 6” soft sculpture figures! Greedo and Chewbacca are joining the club! Each figure features a rotating head and vinyl accessories.  These soft sculpted figures were created with the collector in mind. Each Fabrikation Soft Sculpture is filled with a dense foam to achieve a high-end lush feel. In addition, each Fabrikation is weighted to allow each figure to stand securely on the surface of your choice. San Diego Comic Con 2014 – It’s a Wrap!
